Nina Roz celebrates her birthday with children diagnosed with down syndrome
Nina is one of those celebrities in Uganda who always celebrates her birthday with the less privileged almost every year.This year as Nina Rose turns 27 years, she went down into the ghetto to distribute food to 100 families with her management.

Sharing and praying with my family and women with kids battling DOWN SYNDROME was everything to me.
